Trump Whines That He’s ‘Treated Worse’ Than Assassinated Abraham Lincoln

John Wilkes Booth who?

President Donald Trump swan-dived into a whole new level of victimhood on Sunday night during a virtual Fox News town hall at the Lincoln Memorial.

Whiny baby whines.

Yawn.

Sad. BORing!!!

OT but interesting. There was a town in my state in Germany that early on had an unusually high covid infection rate. It has been closely studied fpr tips and they have just released some results. One (probably now unsurprising) result is that they determined from the investigation that infection rates are probably 5 times higher than generally expected (and a large number of those were people who participated in Karneval before things got shut down). Here’s the link (sorry, only in German as it just came out a couple of hours ago):

The context of the question he was responding to makes this even worse: an elementary school counselor basically begging him to stop language that she tells him qualifies as bullying. Oh, after she tells him how much she adores him. Another layer of gross.

people are dying… and he is preoccupied with whines about his hurt feelings

I did enjoy watching the two interviewers hiding the part where they threw up in their mouths

I’m insulted that this corrupt idiot would be allowed anywhere near the Lincoln Memorial.
Poor, poor pitiful him. Any mention of the 60,000+ people that have died from this plague so far?

It was the best suggestion he’s ever had, and it would be unlawful for anyone else to make it.

I mean, if he wants his “abuse” to be equal to Lincoln’s, I’m sure it can be arranged.

(I notice he’s practicing distancing! Golly, doesn’t he want the coronavirus to just “wash over” him?)

And Fox thought that this was a good visual for a demented, vicious, corrupt sack of human garbage to appear - “strong and/or commanding”???

Thanks, TPM, for telling us what Mia Farrow, that incisive commentator on political matters, thinks.

Did they stick him in a plexiglass box like on the 4th of July?

Shouldn’t that be “Noble Prizes,” though? Mr. President does not make mistakes!! /s

Betcha Lincoln wished he could move his stone legs and kick Spankee halfway down the Mall.

Too bad they couldn’t have gotten him into that pine box.

Come on, @lizzymom.

This is comedy gold!

“They always said nobody got treated worse than Lincoln. I believe I am treated worse.”

No doubt his inevitable references to Gethsemane and Golgotha will be even funnier.

Next time I want to see Fox News interview him in front of the Vietnam War Memorial.

We have six months to go before we get a chance to vote him out. He hasn’t reached bottom yet, although this is perhaps the lowest any politician has ever gone before.

Compared himself to Lincoln? What a filthy disgusting excuse for a human being.

Just think of her as a TPM commenter.

(See? It kinda works.)
