That’s a good question. I think they haven’t thought beyond their plan to completely reshape the judicial branch, and four more years of that will go a long way towards making it irreversible.

This future is exactly what my banjo teacher and I fussed about during my lesson yesterday. How the hell do we all survive another 4 years of this madness?
My solution was to decamp to either Mexico (50 miles to my south), or across the pond to France. I am already in the process of selling my farm. A sort of down sizing. Farm’s in Ohio and our more permanent home is in Tucson.
I cannot see how America survives another 4 years of trump in any condition resembling the country I have known and give my allegiance to.

I don’t think they would mind a Democrat winning. Then they could go back to doing what they are really comfortable at, blocking progress and bitching. They would spend the 4 years strengthening themselves for a run against the Democratic president and to retake the house and Senate.
Democrats are such fools they would probably let Republicans reemerge stronger and more evil than ever.
