wouldn’t someone knowingly committing a crime with the promise of a pardon - otherwise known as a bribe- be committing a second, additional crime? and if dumpster-trumpster were promising to forgive that second crime as well, wouldn’t that individual then be committing a third crime? Like looking into a mirror reflecting a mirror, just what the Founding Fathers envisioned.

The Maddow/O’Donnell expose on DB, Trump tax returns and the possibility that actual Russian oligarchs co-signed the loans should make impeachment a wrap for Dems. The Kremlin literally own Trump and have had his balls in a vice for years. Even bigger story is that Doral, the very club that Trump wants to host the G7(8) next year might be at the center of the Russian compromise of Trump.
If what O’Donnell reported is further confirmed, that’s the ball game imho. I know it would push Schiff to impeach.

I seem to remember something about 3 co-equal branches of government. If illegal stuff like this were to start, I’d think courts would be stopping it. First it would be local courts, which would issue injunctions, then appeals, etc. so it wouldn’t get to SCOTUS for a long time, one would think. So, bad strategy on Trump’s part, but he doesn’t have advisers who both understand this stuff and who are willing to try to explain it to Trump.
