Congress sued the Trump Administration this week in a bid to force Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin to hand over six years of the President’s tax returns, escalating the battle for Trump’s financial information.
Roberts was either knowingly lying when he made his comments about there being no Obama Judges and no Trump Judges, or he’s an idiot unfit for office.
Either way, there’s your grounds for impeaching him in 2021.

WTF??? Is he really claiming that Congress has no oversight responsibilities, nor even any abilities to oversee the actions of the Executive Branch? Is he really claiming that the Constitution does not mean what it actually says? Is he for real?

McFadden ruled that Congress did not have standing to sue and wrote that he lacked jurisdiction to preside over the dispute.
Then for his next trick he made the Bill of Rights disappear.
Trevor McFadden can be trusted to come up with some BS justification to allow Trump do wahtever he wants.

And for this third act, he will hide the Conman’s tax returns.
It’s a hat trick.
So, if Congress can’t sue the Executive Branch in Court, and have to solve their problems between themselves, guess it’s time that Congress starts raising an Army of its own. Otherwise they’re eternally at the whim of the President whether the President will comply with their demands.
And if he rules for president traitor this time, he will be overturned on appeal.

Dictators are above the law. Period
The problem with the GOP (and that includes judges and Congress) is that they are exceptionally good with short-term action.
Thus, a Florida underwater in 2035 or an entire judiciary under the thrall of Next Successor in the Trump Dynasty is not in their thinking at all.
