As we think about this, we should all be aware that a clerk in that court is not the same as clerks elsewhere. They are almost like assistant judges in NY.

Thanks. There are record numbers of bears in Maine right now, but you still hardly ever see them. Our neighbor lost some sheep to one last year. Still, I give the coyotes decent odds, but being smart animals, they are afraid of guns. Also can reproduce at warp speed when people try to kill them off.

The house arrest idea along with strict gag orders sounds like the most workable. Fining him does nothing to stop the witness intimidation and death threats from his cult members; besides, the cult will keep financing his misdeeds.
Assessing a punishment just to humiliate him seems wrongheaded, if not illegal. The purpose of any fines or punishment should be to shut up his fat orange anus-shaped mouth and stop his tiny hands from obstructing justice via social media. He is a spoiled toddler with no impulse control; fining him does nothing because it’s not his money. He must be restrained until he behaves.
