Either that or he’s like an oppositional small boy, and knowing he shouldn’t makes him more determined that he should. At any rate it’s Hillary’s “acid washed e-mails” all over again. He reads bullshit, he believes that bullshit, he garbles the bullshit, and then he galumphs continually up and down the countryside proclaiming his garbled bullshit to all within earshot. The fact that he’s compounding his impeachable offenses just seems to add spice to it. Absolutely pathological.

He’s too ignorant, uninterested, and incompetent to do any actual presidenting type stuff.
So, he does what he can. And, often, he’s really not very good at that. It’s more the shock value that the President of the United States is tweeting and saying these kinds of things that make us pay any attention at all.
