President Donald Trump wants people to stop stockpiling supplies out of fear of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Perhaps Trump and his closest advisors should have not hoarded all the stupidity, incompetence, and lying about the coronavirus and their disastrous response.
I really WISH I could believe this donnie makeover. Relatively sober and taking things seriously…but NO one changes this radically, this fast.
I wish we had a consoler in chief…it would be nice.
At least I have an excellent Governor and the nearby Seattle Mayor is also doing an incredible job.
As far as hoarding goes…how about asking the American uber wealthy to stop hoarding our nation’s wealth.
Trump in a supermarket? Presumably a file photograph of some campaign stop.
Not everyone is the perfect messenger for a given message. Just saying.

Oh FFS. Tripped up by my buzzer game again. Great minds and all.
I can’t wait for his smiles and thumbs up picture with people suffering from coronavirus.
ETA: Observing proper social distancing, of course (no one wants to get too close to him).
He did rate his performance as a 10 and perfect.
The BS will never stop. He’s a child.

The photo’s cutline:
President Donald Trump pushes a shopping cart as he tours the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints’ food distribution center at LDS Welfare Square in Salt Lake City, Utah on December 4, 2017.
It’s right up there with Daddy Bush being amazed at the checkout line’s scanner.
Well, you may have to wait anyway, because I don’t see him in that picture. There’s a certain lack of real grit that’s been noted now and then.
I’ll settle for no bailouts to companies that don’t pay taxes
And not a single Trump steak or bottle of Trump wine in the cart. Not even a MAGA cap.
And Paul Ryan Fake Washing dishes in the soup kitchen
You know what’s sad to me this morning…seeing that network graphics are not keeping up with the number of cases. MSNBC showing 773+ for WA…but it’s really 904…and of course, we know it’s a lot higher than that.
Trump reprimands Americans for emptying grocery shelves, thus providing everyone with a handy metaphor for his utter lack of brains and leadership.
Trump TP-lines?
Does this mean he’s not going to throw paper towels to me?
Folks, keep the focus and don’t fall for the media’s snow job and attempts to rehabilitate the incompetent and malevolent Trump.
Remember, the reason we have these economic and social disruptions is because of the lack of testing. No testing = no data = you don’t know where the virus is = you have to watch community spread and keep people at home or cancel trips = you shut businesses down = a lack of confidence driven by uncertainty that has a multiplier effect resulting in a recession.
If you test you can quantify the risk, focus resources on the target population, and allow the economy to recover.
Now that Mar a Lago had to be “deep cleaned” (fumigated?), what’s the over and under on how many weeks before he returns???
I’ll be surprised if he even leaves the WH.
