I finally saw a clip of Gov. Cuomo delivering one of his COVID-19 news conferences, MY GOD this is what the WH should be doing.
And on the lighter side I watched a clip Andrew Cuomo interviewing his brother Mario. It was sibling sniping gold, in a good way. As when Andrew thanked Mario for the interview and Mario quipped, “Mom made me do this.”

He’s alone in the WH. This reminds me of when he shut down the government. He needs constant activity and there is nothing going on. His only activity is watching TV, attending a Covid-19 TF briefing, the daily presser, and tweeting. The man is bored. People are sick and dying and Trump is bored.

I recently told my neighbor, who is a “born again “christian”” and plans to vote for Trump again, that I can forgive someone who voted for him once, but this time that person can rot in hell! He was stunned. This person and his family have been among our best friends in this rural town.

Hello fellow Mainer! I live in a little town east of Augusta. I have noticed in liberal areas that the few wingnuts like to let their freak flags fly. You know, to poke the libtards in the eye.
There is someone near me with a confederate flag. One night, I am going to give into the urge to go up there and spray paint a black swastika over it.

Hope you’re right, Matt. I’m working at this job site the last few weeks w Trump supporting construction guys. Good people one to one, ignoring politics, but it’s an education. As the client is a Trump supporter, the natural filters have come off–their favorite thing yesterday was the ‘gee, that’s too bad’ comment. They loved it.
Getting a handle on this will be my own personal unified field theory.

As this pandemic churns on can we please not use the term “evil” in relation to actions of the President or any other public official? Evil vs good is a ying yang of super powers. Trump is not “evil” he’s stupid, venal, and the definition of perfidy, but he has no super natural power. The power he has was given to him by people, ordinary stupid people, those people that continue to support him and his methods are also part of the problem.
The only way Trump will be defeated is at the ballot box. The only way to shut down Fox News is to contact their advertisers and say you won’t buy anything they sell.
I hope for Trump a long lonely life. Shunning him and his supporters is the only “good” way forward.
