President Donald Trump is trying hard to sell his flurry of executive actions over the weekend that fall short both of what he said they’d do and what Congress was trying to achieve in a COVID-19 relief package.
The Press needs to ask him what he plans to do about the 162,000 US covid-19 fatalities on his watch, how he is protecting the US against Russian election interference, why he signed an executive order that contains a poison pill outcome if he is truly interested in helping US citizens, etc. They should also ask him what he’s accomplished in light of the rising death toll to think he should be added to Mount Rushmore? That answer will keep the psychiatric community busy for decades.
Say whatever you want numnuts. No one listens to your ravings anymore anyway. The facts will come out, which are that your Senate caucus doesn’t feel like giving any more money to “the poors.”
You won’t be able to spin this. The facts are glaringly obvious.
Where have they been for the last 4 weeks when they were “hardliners”, and only wanted BAILOUT MONEY for Democrat run states and cities that are failing badly?
As Americans continue to suffer catastrophic consequences from this virus, Trump just continues to play his typical game of divisive politics in the most crass manner possible. I really just don’t see how the country could handle another 5 months of this, let alone another 4 years.
“Like a miracle!! Crazy Nancy Pelosi had no idea ONLY I could do such wonderful things again for the economy, stocks at RECORDS, they love me! Cryin’ Chuck Schumer has pleaded with us for a deal. I said where have you been? My ratings are through the roof, higher than ever, higher than Obama!”
To some extent that’s true. I think most Republicans know he’s a dumbass but he’s their dumbass. His nonsense is aimed at the low information side of his support.
Someone needs to make a countdown clock until November 3rd, like Ross Perot did with the deficit. Put it next to a covid clock. Put them both in Times Square.
