I doubt it. After 1000 folks going to jail for Jan 6 bullshit I don’t see anyone wanting a second shot at 3 to 5. Trump’s fading and he knows it. Take all the investigations away and he still fades. Right now he’s just media fodder. Folks make bucks talking about him.
He’ll win the GOP nomination but not by 50% or more.
He’ll lose big time in the general election.

New York can’t just drive down to Florida, waltz into Mal-a-Largo and arrest Waste Of Carbon. WOC still gets due process of an arrest warrant and cooperation to be worked out with the Palm Beach Police, etc.
Which cooperation is far from guaranteed with that lying sack of DeSantis in the Gov. Mansion.
The rhetoric will soon reach the point where spinning it (in the event that he can campaign for POTUS) will be quite difficult.
In the meantime, there will be other indictments and other legal matters to handle.
