There’s no sense pussyfooting around – the phone call was the cat’s meow.
What, are you cat-atonic? It was a cat-astrophe.
The negative replies as to my presence give me paws. Manx fur nuthin’.
buys potentially months more time in office for the acting intelligence director, the outspoken Trump loyalist and ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell.
Radcliffe is the sacrificial idiot, this was done to allow Grenell to continue as acting DNI so that he can implement The Purge: Intelligence edition.
Your treasonous assertion is unfurrgivable.
- Trump is trying to completely wreck the government. By demand of course.
- Trump just wants toadies and cronies regardless surrounding him.
- Trump absolutely has no understanding of education, skill and experience in relation to any given task. That would again imply hiring someone who can tell him no.
I am beginning to think 2. and 3.
- Simply by implication. And Putin isn’t cluing him in. Doesn’t need to.
Grenell has an expiration date of march 11. Nominating a new DNI resets the 9 month clock on grenell’s “acting” status, even if the nominee is not confirmed, which I believe to be the plan.
Or she comes in the shape of Kim Kardashian.
He’s much more qualified than he was last summer because, you know … whatever.
And the even scummier scumbag, Grenell, gets to stay another 6 months or so to do what he can to give re-election back to Trump.
You really didn’t need the “/s”.
Turns out you can’t scoop lower than the bottom of the barrel!
He is destroying the entire country. We are screwed.
Trump knows that Moscow Mitch and the other Senate Rs will do whatever Trump wants them to do. He has clearly made them his bitch.
This is gonna show my age, but I get a kick every time I see your screen name. Not because it’s so funny, but it’s the combination of obscure AND funny that tickles me.
I’m sure the real Morey is smiling down at you.
Running out of idiots?
Actually, if the Senate votes to not confirm Ratcliffe, Grenell gets another 210 days as DNI (thanks Federal Vacancies Reform Act!).
“Perry Mason, a man I get.”
NPR was interviewing some lady in Pueblo CO and she likes trumps policies, specifically the wall, but she doesn’t like his tweets and behaviors all that much. But that’s okay coz the wall.
She probably thinks Perry Mason is a real lawyer, just like trump.
He hasn’t built a wall still, just squandered her tax monies to contractors, but he has created a human rights nightmare on the border, which I’m sure she approves of. Some of these people really need to get educated. If her kids teacher or her boss acted like trump, and believed in fictional teevee characters as real, she’d blow a fuse.
Jeebus, some people aren’t very smart.
The only things that matters are that you are either so stupid that you don’t have a clue about right or wrong (in either the factual or the honesty sense) or you are so dishonest that you will simply parrot anything the Rump wants to you to say and will stay poised on your knees at all times to do anything he wants of you.
Not the sharpest knife in the drawer, are you?
Check your snark meter, it’s broken.
According to Merriam-Webster’s online unabridged dictionary, you can either tap into a thing to extract a substance from it, or tap upon a thing by striking it lightly. So is Trump’s intent to merely strike the surface of Ratcliffe, or does he mean to penetrate him and extract something?
I could be missing some part of this thread, but I don’t think @quin meant YOU - I think he was referring to anyone who would work for DT.
