I have had occasion to analyze suing a vaccine maker for injuries caused by a vaccine. Suffice it to say, the way the law is written, you can’t. Vaccine makers are essentially granted immunity. And the Supreme Court has interpreted the law in such a way as to remove ANY incentive to make a safer vaccine, even if it can be proved one is feasible. This is a recipe for disaster.

So he underestimated the importance, severity, and spread of the virus, then he declared the principal means of protecting against them (masks and testing) as political attacks against him, and ever since then he has minimized the virus spread, its severity, and its mortality.
