Former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg took quite a beating during Wednesday’s Democratic primary debate, which didn’t go unnoticed by President Donald Trump.
Hey Donnie, Bloomberg wasn’t impeached, and is still a real billionaire.
“This makes Mini Mike look good compared to his performance last night,” Trump wrote with the video. “Worst debate performance in history!”

At this point, I think it’s hard to argue that the DNC was changing the rules for who qualifies for the debate as a “favor” to Bloomberg. It’s like allowing someone to walk into a den of lions as a favor. Bloomberg would have done much better to have stayed out of the debates and, I think he knows that now.
Trump was a Democrat until he wanted to be president and switched to Republican, Bloomberg was a Republican and switched to Democrat because he wants to be president. Hopefully democrats are better at detecting phonies. Republicans are all phonies and hypocrites so they had no problems internalizing Trump.

Yes Bloomberg’s debate performance was a disaster. Unlike the dotard, Bloomberg was at least aware of what was being discussed. trump on the other hand, couldn’t follow a Dick and Jane story.
Given trump’s past debate performances he should really sit this one out.
Bloomberg was going to vote for Trump, if he lost… maybe not anymore.

Hindsight? maybe. Or maybe there were at least a few people in the DNC who knew that allowing Bloomberg in the debate would prevent him from being able to campaign on the fact that “Democrats were trying to shut him out.” Bloomberg got what he asked for without really getting what he wanted. Whether it was all planned to work out that way is something we’ll never know, but I hardly think it’s relevant.
