President Donald Trump made a final full-court press Thursday night in an attempt to push Republican challenger Eddie Rispone over the top in the Louisiana gubernatorial runoff this Saturday.
This is important because the Republicans in the Senate will be watching it closely to see how Trump will impact their elections. They are in a bind because they will lose the MAGATS if they don’t support Trump but everyone else if they do. Once they see it is to their advantage to turn on Trump, they will do it and force him to resign before the vote in the Senate.
“What a life I lead,” he said at one point of the impeachment inquiry. “You think this is fun, don’t you?”
Sure looks fun from my vantage point. And, by the way, criminal in chief, this is all your doing but I know you’ll never own it. It’s always someone else’s fault.
And I am telling you
I’m not going
You’re the best man I’ll ever know
There’s no way I could ever, ever go
No, no, no, no way
No, no, no, no way I’m living without you
Oh, I’m not living without you,
Not living without you
I don’t wanna be free
I’m staying, I’m staying
And you, and you, and you
You’re gonna love me
You’re gonna love me, yes you are
Ooh ooh love me, ooh ooh ooh love me
Love me, love me, love me, love me
“What a life I lead,” he said at one point of the impeachment inquiry. “You think this is fun, don’t you?” He later paused after a lengthy section of his prepared remarks: “That was a long harangue.”
Whenever Trump asks for a Big Win, it means he knows he’s losing. Especially when he adds please. I mean, seriously, does anyone honestly think Trump ever uses the word please, without sarcasm, unless he’s desperate?
It’s as reliabe a prediction of upcoming failure for Trump as Trump saying, “John Doe has my full support,” is that Doe will soon be fired.
