Depends on the state. In ours, only currently incarcerated felons can’t vote. Once released, their voting rights are (supposed to be) restored.

A ballot is valid when it is filled out properly and provided to those responsible for counting the vote. It makes no difference if it was mailed to you and you returned it in person.
These guys are just throwing shit at the walls and seeing if it’ll stick. They are most definitely anti-democracy.

That’s a good question because that is how they are. We just did another mail in ballot last night for a runoff and your name is nowhere on the ballot, only on the envelope. The only thing you can tell from the ballot is who the votes are for.
