As he was explaining to Wisconsinâs Dane County Board of Canvassers why in-person absentee ballots ought to be deemed illegal and thus invalidated, Troupis presented a list of those who had voted with those ballots-and then admitted he himself was one of the voters who had done so.
IANAL, but if the court buys his argument that in-person absentee voting is illegal, does the above admission mean he could be prosecuted for knowingly voting illegally?
