Like most of us I get nervous sometimes and fear the worst, like the courts reversing the election for Trump or him using the military to stay in power, and it’s reflected in my comments here sometimes. Both are theoretically possible. But when I come to my senses, I realize that neither is very likely to happen, because he lacks the smarts, discipline and nerve to pull it off, and when it comes down to it even most Repubs aren’t quite ready to go there. Like everything else he does it’s all ego, bluster and pose, and he’ll eventually back off. But, let’s stay vigilant, just in case. You never know with this guy.

With charity for none, and malice towards all, Trump really is the anti-Lincoln. Trump doesn’t at all mind stealing from his supporters or even outright killing them, as Covid infection rates would demonstrate.
Abraham Lincoln was the first Republican President. Hopefully Trump will be the last. That Party is morally dead and mortally wounded.

Trump really is the greatest con artist since John Law. He had the most powerful country on earth ferrying him to his golf courses at $12 million a pop, even while only paying $750 a year in income tax. He naturally made money going up, including making the Saudis pay for an entire floor of rooms in his hotel and donating to his campaign. Now he’s making money going down. What a guy!
