President Trump on Tuesday insisted that he wasn’t kidding when he told attendees at his campaign rally over the weekend in Tulsa that he asked his administration to “slow the testing down, please” on the novel coronavirus.
Once again, WH flaks attempt damage control over another of Cheeto Hitler’s “quiet-part-out-loud” gaffes…only to be undercut the next day by 45 hisself!
Trump doesn’t joke (verb), but he is a joke (noun). One of the lacunar infarcts he had some time ago left him incapable of the verb-noun distinction. Someone should ask him to repeat, “No ands, ifs, or buts.”
It is so hard to sort out the lies. Did he lie about wanting to reduce testing? Did his staff lie about him just kidding? He IS lying about “doing a great job”. How does the WP keep their lying tally in order? Is it better to assume everything he says is a lie? I think so and I ain’t lying about that.
CNN should go back to “Laughin” Peter Navarro and ask him for clarification… I can almost hear him… “I didn’t say that he was joking, I said that he said it ‘tongue-in-cheek’, big difference!”.
So we should do zero tests and have zero cases. Also, doctors should stop doing tests and seeing patients; if they do that there will be no more sick people.
Okay. Number one: Remember all those times - past, present and future - when he said/will say “I was kidding.” Number two: I was wrong, he wasn’t joking. Number three: It’s jail time for him.
