But the Trump administration may be on the cusp of winning a larger war to create a skewed 2020 count that will boost the electoral advantages of whiter parts of the country, to the detriment of more diverse, urban and lower-income populations.
Seems pretty glaringly unconstitutional to cut the count short by any means. Who has standing to intervene?

Lot of scare mongering in this blog entry, making it seem like everything will be lost. While I have no doubts about the crime spree reaching its apex after the election, that period is always the lame duck time and nothing really gets done. If Dems win the Senate, sure, the Berlin bunker GOPers will be burning files, destroying evidence and taking their cyanide capsules before the liberation army arrives, but there is very little these fucks can actually do.
