Trump Grasps At Fox News’ Dismissal Of WH’s Ukraine Call Memo

As the explosive Ukraine scandal continues to unfold, President Donald Trump found refuge in his favorite cable news network on Wednesday to downplay the White House’s memo on Trump’s call with Ukraine.

Because if it’s said on Fox, it’s undisputable truth.

" the notes show that Trump demanded that Ukraine “do us a favor” after Zelensky asked for more military aid from the U.S."

Which is enough to establish a quid pro quo attempt, so why the FUCK is nobody reporting it as such?

I’m dead serious: I hope the White House has him drugged up right now.

So Pravda/ Izvestia/RT reported no there, there? Well, that settles it.

Uh huh. No quid pro quo. Just Zelensky talking about buying antitank missiles and Trump changing the subject to a favor he needs.

You should see it over there right now. It’s like someone lit the WASP nest on fire. It’s simultaneously disgusting, outraging, fascinating and profoundly schadenfreudy. There must be 7 opinion pieces up with different rationalizations as to why this is all a nothingburger, nothing but partisan witch hunting, Dems angry about 2016 still, Trump did nothing wrong (and maybe even in fact necessary and appropriate for national security), why Biden-Ukraine needs to have an investigation opened by DOJ, how Dems in congress threatened Ukraine’s aid in May if Ukraine dropped 5 ongoing prosecutions so how is this different, this shows how scared the Dems are of 2020, some senior WH official “confirmed” that the whistleblower was judged to be biased, this is the dumbest thing the Dems have ever done to themselves, here are some polls taken before the Ukraine story broke and they show that the public doesn’t support impeachment, etc. etc. etc…oh, and their favorite: “this shows that the Democrats have been entirely taken over by the radicalized far left socialists.”

And that’s not even getting to the bullshit from Graham, Gym Jordan and other congressrats they’re publishing right now.

I really should rest my case about there being nothing off limits for these people in their quest for permanent minority-rules white Christian hegemony, but I won’t, because I’m too enamored with insulting them about it to give it up. But seriously…nothing…absolutely nothing…is off limits.

They are going to get violent next. Mark my words.

Tell me in what way. Because I personally can’t see the average Trumper waddling into any sort of mass violence situation. Random crazies, sure, we’ve already had plenty of that. Nobody can control them. But I’m talking about the more typical crazy uncles, the angry white man young people, anyone who’s at all amped up about Trump. I can’t see assembling even five of them in some organized way.

ETA Now I’m thinking about the Nazis. You have Spencer, who literally can’t take a punch. Then that other one whose name I can’t be bothered to google who cried like the Cowardly Lion when he caught a charge.

Quid pro quo doesn’t require “withheld almost $400 million in aid to Ukraine to force an investigation into his top political rival” to be true.
Maybe “exchange” is a easier and better word for ttumpsters to understand.
