JesusI do not understand. There are HIPPA laws and all manner of laws protecting confidentiality of identity and other information about minors on Federal Court Electronic Filing System documents. But this child was used as a prop for a photo op by Donald and Melania Trump? Who gave the consent? I do not expect Trump or Melania to realize their own tastelessness. But this is a violation of the child’s rights and privacy. Who gave the consent? Who brought the child to the hospital if he was no longer there for his injuries? What is our Media doing, other than reporting on the Photo Ops? Fucking People Magazine journalism we have in this country.
