It may be an Elmo pet project. Doesn’t his dad still have interests in Namibia, which used to be part of SA?

She reads what Stephen Miller puts in front of her with a Fox News Girl straight face and no stumbling (as long as there are no big words). What else do you want?

Josh had a good post on the real problem here. The only reason there’s a record of this is because it was sent to the Atlantic. The st-upid admin has a history of understanding that if you don’t measure or record information it didn’t happen. This seems to be a feature, not a bug, they don’t want a record of their criminal activities. From my perception this is an attempt to make me a party to their crimes against humanity. The GOP congressional delegations 6 GOP ensconced SCOTUS justices should understand that many of us will say that we not only objected, but fought back. I am not responsible for Trumps atrocities, but you are.

One thing I disagreed with Josh and my own first take was that the OPSEC failure we’re looking at (Failure to protect US. intelligence information) is not the OPSEC they were talking. They were talking about their own operational security. Were they successfully covering their tracks? This is a cover up, and appears to be part of a long standing coverup of criminal behavior. Their operational security is designed to keep them out of war crimes courts by hiding their illegal (both nationally and internationally) actions.

I made quite a stink (here on TPM) over sickfuggs whole 1st presidency being a blackmail and extortion operation, culminating in most of R elected leadership using encrypted apps when planning the twenty-twenty-one coupe-de-ville.

All that was known and reported on…all the conspirators were using encrypted backchannels instead of official gubbermint comms. It never even made a ripple.

Trump is going for a sweep at the “WORST EVER” awards this year. Hegseth, Kennedy, Gabbard, Bondi - this is a murderer’s row of worst evers for sure!

Sadly, I must agree. Trump has revealed the many weaknesses and flaws in our Constitution. But maybe no document and set of laws can deal with someone bent on defying them. We still have elections, but he and his minions have been working to destroy them as well.

Perhaps this affair will provide the catalysis for goading Dems into substantive opposition … maybe? Meh?

Blondes don’t need to sneer like their dark haired fellow women. They just smirk and condescend. Besides sneering causes wrinkles.

As @iafixture pointed out above, then Goldberg’s response should be “Fine, here’s the full unredacted chat text. Oh wait, you don’t want me to post that? Why not?”

It’s not karma. They won’t feel a fucking thing. They’ll continue to issue rulings and collect their paychecks, regardless of what effect they’ll actually have.
