In Trump I. They used WhatsApp and private accounts to communicate. They’re just upping the ante this time around. All they’ll do is go to a better more impenetrable messaging app unique to the WH. Musk can probably recommend one.

SCOTUS doesn’t matter. Say they rule against Trump in a dispute. Yet Trump plows ahead, finding people to implement an action SCOTUS has barred? What is to be done? SCOTUS has no enforcement powers. Congress will fold. They’ll go along with Trump’s contention all the courts, including SCOTUS, are interfering with his Executive powers. The courts can’t stop Trump. Especially considering he can pardon anyone accused of committing criminal acts in the course of implementing his dictates. And civil contempt charges aren’t worth the paper they’ll be printed on. Trumpco will literally wipe their asses with them.
Our legal system is not structured to deal with a President that defies the courts when everyone below the President in the Executive Branch, and throughout the rest of the Federal government (willingly or with a gun to their head), cooperates with that defiance.

Am I the only one who remembers “Ari Fleisher”? He not only lied constantly, he was condescending, and “already answered” was his ready response to almost every question. Plus, he was in no way pleasant to gaze upon, with his buffed-shiny hairless pate and lack of good looks.

Last week I posted about a very sophisticated phishing attempt to get my Social Security log-in, which appeared to originate in Indonesia. Nothing appeared anywhere in any media and I chalked it up to that particular email address getting random shit like that from time to time.
Last night, I saw this-
The accounts being sold have nothing to do with beneficiary identification by phone or in person. They simply go online and make the change to a different bank account. However, the SSA is using THIS as justification for making NEW applicants for SSA and SSI and SS disability travel hundreds of miles for in person verification.
And in the meantime, Social Security completely ignores that peoples accounts are being sold.

In the DOJ’s next filing they will demand that Judge Boasberg change his underwear every half hour. And that he wear his underwear on the outside. So DOJ can check.
