It has long been reported that he is averse to calling donors and asking for money. Of course he is. That would put him in a one-down position, needing something from someone, and he cannot bear not being in the one-up position. It’s other people who are supposed to need things from him, not the other way around.

And he sure rewarded his donors after he became the fake president. Looking around at the mess he’s made, there’s not much left to give them anyway. No help for the western states, parts of Louisiana and Iowa.

OT for those that were following along on our little Aerie goat:
The final x-rays showed a hip fracture that was probably sustained in the same event where she broke her horn a week or so ago. They’ve delayed the surgery three weeks for the hip to heal.
The conundrum is the knowledge that she is underweight, as she is on tube feedings (as been from birth) to prevent her from ruminating, which would most likely lead to her death by suffication (due to the severe cleft palate - there’s nothing preventing fluid from getting up through to her sinuses - it’s a completely open chamber through the upper jaw into the sinuses). They’ve suggested adding grain to her diet to help the weight, but that would trigger the rumination which would most likely lead to her demise.
To be continued - stay tuned, but we’re off surgery watch for three weeks.

A couple of things here:
- You guys are 100% correct that he cannot stand having to be in a subordinate position.
- He thinks if people donate of their own free will, that means they love him (and not that he’s a useful tool).
- There is no way his fragile ego can deal with anyone telling him “no”. I want to say that this is the main fear behind his unwillingness to solicit donations.
