STANDARD PRACTICE in all states and happens AUTOMATICALLY if the numbers are within a specific percentage. If once the standard practice is finished then anyone asking for another pays.
Just more FUD put out by the Turnip’s people to try to obscure legitimate counting and to play into their fantasy that the election was stolen. With that being said, the REPUGS do have a history of stealing elections and it was not just using the SC in 2000 or the Russians in 2016 but goes farther back, much farther back.
