I don’t think standing is a problem. I think merit is their problem. They’re functionally seeking to invalidate the vote-by-mail rules of not just Nevada, but also Alaska, California, D.C., Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia. It’s not a sane legal position.

Put nothing by Trump - Barr is still there and could make just about anything happen. No roadblocks in his way. They rule by fiat anymore. Barr has proven that by his statements to date. He’ll do whatever he must to protect Trump.
