So as the deaths begin to rise in some states next week, he will say they are still going down in more states, so that is a big win! In three weeks when they are going up in most states he will point to the fact that more people who test positive are surviving than in the past.
It is a shell game he will continue playing until either he gets COVID, he leaves the White House, or there is a vaccine. The man is nothing if not full of hot air, like the blast wave of a nuclear bomb.
That likely means going around the south end of Lake Michigan.
