The Trump regime refuses to follow a unanimous Supreme Court decision requiring due process and bringing back the wrongfully kidnapped lawful U.S. resident Mr Garcia. Trump and his soulless lackey Rubio are talking about extending this to U.S. citizens. This is a full on constitutional crisis, and unless the district court judge orders contempt for the regime decision makers, the rule of law, which is on thin ice already, is dead.
if allowed to stand, anyone of us can be kidnapped and shipped to a foreign concentration camp and not allowed to return.
They intend to now kidnap citizens and ship them to concentration camps in El Salvador and God knows where else.
The U.S. is no longer a constitutional democracy.

Well, I think he might have the power to release Abrego Garcia to DHS officials waiting at the airport in El Salvado so they can “facilitate” his return to the US. Like Trump so often, he’s answering his own question, not the question he was asked.

The ultimate test would be if a Judge has the intestinal fortitude to start issuig contempt citations. If this happens and the convicted felon’s Administration ignores them and convinces the various Federal Law enforcement agency’s not to comply the Trump Coup will be complete.
And the Orange POS WILL NOT surrender the Presidency in 2028.

This is the beginning still. It is going to get much worse before it gets better. We chose this with our eyes open. Mr. Garcia is lost, at least for the next several years. More will also be lost. Only when the country chooses a different path or when an external force forces us to change course will this end. Look to history. Just as Mussolini was removed from office, so can Trump be removed. But it is going to take that level of courage and outrage.

I’ve been surprised by the recent push to house US citizens in El Salvadoran prisons. The for-profit incarceration lobby must be asleep at the wheel.

Trump deported the man solely and exclusively because he was not a white man, and so he sees no reason on earth to add another dark skin to our population, And the president, so-called, of El Salvador, agrees with him: he hates his own people, clearly.
Bukele is the son of a man whose parents were Palestinian Christians who went to El Salvador in 1921. Bukele’s father converted to Islam, although his mother was Roman Catholic. Bukele’s father became an imam.
So who is he to be pointing fingers at immigrants?

Trump continues to do whatever he wants and no one makes any attempt to stop him. But we do have a lot of politicians standing in front of podiums making strongly worded speeches.

The hidden audience comprises the rest of us. We’ve been warned of what can happen to anyone who displeases Dear Leader.
We’ve become N Korea in that regard.

They cannot afford to have him return and detail the experience. He is political lava to them at this point. So they are more afraid of what he will say than the appearance created by defying the court.
