Not yet. As I understand it, it’s still scheduled for release unless the SCOTUS step in with a stay to prevent it. Which hasn’t happened yet.
The request for Bragg to comment by Thursday suggests they might rule by Friday and we’ll see it by this weekend. The SCOTUS would have to perform a feat of amazing pretzel logic to find that Cannon has any jurisdiction over these reports, especially the J6 one. Of course it’s the corrupt Robert court we’re talking about, so who knows.

Here in Mo we don’t directly elect most judges. The Governor appoints a judge, they serve for two years (I think it’s that long), and then voters get to decide to retain the judge or not.
Since I’ve grown up with this system it seems fair to me. Do judges get retained that I think don’t deserve to serve a full term, yes, but what we don’t have is judges actively campaigning for their judgeship position. So in today’s world that means that folks that run campaigns don’t have a job, so not getting paid.

This could be read several ways. Not necessarily capitulation, more like “That’s a nice Pituffik Space Base (formerly Thule air base) you have up here on our soil, critical to your national security. Would be a shame if anything happened to it.”

“He ran unsuccessfully for the French presidency five times, riding waves of discontent and xenophobia as the leader of the National Front party.“
The headline makes him sound like a member of a renegade biker gang or punk rocker. However the obituary, like most of them in the NYT is well written and very detailed.

Hopefully, Garland will locate a spine in the next 12 days, but it is not clear yet that, given Cannon’s order, any portion of the report will get released before Trump regains power and permanently deep sixes it.
