I’m confused. Why can’t they start with the orange IMPOTUS using Florida’s Mar-a-Lost as his residence which really isn’t a residence. The tax rolls show it’s a business, not a residence, and the incorporation articles claim it can’t be used as a residence.

Republicans fear mail balloting will increase votes for Democrats. They worry that individuals who are part of groups that typically vote in lower numbers will cast absentee ballots because of the ease of doing so. This includes young people, low-income people, minorities, and those without access to transportation.
Yet one group that benefits from absentee ballots is senior citizens, who often skew GOP. Those who are incapacitated or sick can request mail ballots as can those who cannot drive or lack access to mass transit. Mail ballots represent a way for those individuals to exercise their constitutional rights at election time.
Republicans have won in legislative districts having a large number of mail ballots. In a 2020 California special election for Congress, for example, Republicans captured a seat that previously had been held by Democrats. They did so by getting out the vote and making sure their voters had access to absentee ballots.

Falsely claiming voter fraud in order to deprive people legally entitled to vote is in itself voter fraud, and a grave crime against democracy.
Good for the Judge in this case. Strong accusations against voting should demand strong evidence be produced. If they have nothing, I hope they are prosecuted for interfering with the right to vote.

And the order came down late yesterday. The judge basically gave them 24 hours to put up or shut up.

The damage is already being done. I just posted on another thread that I have received a late payment notice from an extended care pharmacy, along with an apologetic letter stating they had learned that the USPS was late delivering their bills and, if I’d already paid, to disregard the notice. I had, and I did. But, the USPS, disadvantaged by the administration, has disadvantaged this company, set customers up for potentially having to pay late fees. I’ve complained to my State Representative. Citizens must keep the pressure on this maladministration!

Yes, this is a problem, as was demonstrated when the Texas secretary of state attempted to disenfranchise every voter who had gained citizenship in the prior 30 years on the flimsy pretext that if they had a drivers license before gaining citizenship, they must have intended to commit voter fraud.
