Trump administration is going for broke just trying to hold his 46% base together.

Oh good, then later on everyone that survives can be denied healthcare based on their covid-19 pre-existing condition.

If Putin didn’t engineer our national destruction, he probably deeply admires the job we’ve done on our own.

Perhaps nothing reveals the Trump admin’s zeal to strip away Americans’ health care more than a late-night brief filled with heartless, legally suspect & gratuitous arguments FILED IN THE MIDST OF A PANDEMIC THEY HAVE BUNGLED AT EVERY TURN urging the Court to overturn the #ACA.

Go ahead, show the country how much you loathe them and couldn’t give a damn. I suspect John Roberts will step in and save the GOP from itself again. I assume this will not be decided until October? Timing will be great! Maybe FatAss can explain the details of his “Something Fantastic Healthcare Plan” we heard about three years ago.

Trump gets a childish glee out of ending ACA. First it was Obamas signature accomplishment and second he is a cruel, nasty POS and enjoys others suffering. It will all backfire in his bloated face as everything does, eventually. It is the GOP that will never stop paying if this is successful.

My sister has stage four cancer and health insurance she purchased through the ACA. Her prognosis is good as long as she continues chemo and sees her oncologist. She will be on chemo for the rest of her life -it is oral. Without access to insurance, she will be bankrupted by her treatment or will not be able to continue it and not survive. The cruelty here is indescribable but of course that is the point.

When is the Supreme Court going to do this?

In October just before the election?

Because Congress is gridlocked and unable to pass any meaningful legislation, Trump is asking the SC to legislate from the bench.

Sigh. Why not, right? He’s going to declare a new confederacy any day now. Plus an exec order banning covid testing. Arrest Joe Biden and Dem governors. Anything’s possible.

Trump promised to give Americans better health insurance. The republicans have had nine years to come up with something better.

Where is it?

Dick move just to spite Obama and Biden. I don’t see how this works for Trump and the GOP. Seriously, how is there an upside to this?

Best wishes for your sister. If she’s anything like you, she’s a fighter.

And best of luck getting healthcare, if you’re one of the tens of millions to survive Covid.

I’ve read a few articles that say Trump seems to be intentionally sabotaging his political future. That he’s resigned to a loss and doesn’t give a shit about the political ramifications of what he’s doing. NO competent advisor or campaign consultant would dare suggest canning the ACA in the middle of an epidemic a political winner. Trump has to know this too.

Republicans … have for years struggled to come up with an Obamacare replacement.

Bullshit. They had no intention of doing any such thing. So, true to form, they didn’t do any such thing.

Remember when Trump promised better healthcare for all?
