As the pandemic worsens around the country, the Trump administration has moved to place limits on who insurers are required to cover COVID-19 tests for.

I’m not saying this was part of a recent phone call, but I challenge you to name a single action that the Trump admin has taken in response to Covid19, where you’re not able to say, “Yeah, Putin would be down with that.”
This won’t even reduce the number of tests. If you need a test to go back to work I guess you’ll get one. It’s just screwing people for no reason at all except you can.
