Top GOPer Swears To Make Biden ‘Half-Term President’ In Echo Of McConnell’s Infamous Obama Vow

Senate Republican Conference chair John Barrasso (R-WY), the third highest ranking GOPer in the chamber, has taken Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell’s (R-KY) infamous obstruction vow to another level.

I just can’t anymore. These crap-stains are just out of control at this point with their performative nonsense. Are there any responsible people left in the GOP?

They’re just trying to out-contemptible each other. The most rabidly partisan hockey fans look at these people and shake their heads sadly at the lack of perspective.

What say ye to this Mr. Manchin?

I’m surprised that he didn’t say that he expects Biden to leave office in August once all the fraudits show that Trump really won the election.

Really, this is no surprise, Republicans have made it clear they have no interest in governing the nation, or in doing what they can for their priorities in collaboration with Democrats. They want to rule over us and force us to live how they see fit. It’s about as anti-democratic as it gets, so the idea that the president has any powers if they are a Democrat is of course the opposite of their authoritarian impulses. If they get power again, they will go full bore on this stuff, and it’s really not clear if we will have a free election after that without taking up arms against the government.

Further evidence that the GOP has no interest in the Country or the American People. I mean, half the country plus voted for Biden and the Democrats, don’t OUR votes count for something John?

Only you know better? Matt Gaetz knows better than Katie Porter? Gosar the insurrectionist, he knows better what Americans want? Has someone read him the polls lately?

C’mon news media, lets get on it, ffs. Ask these assholes some questions. Like what about the millions who voted for Biden, the millions who voted for Ossoff and Kelly and so on. Ask them why so many people want affordable health insurance. Decent paying, not shitty minimum wage jobs. Ask, reporters, I dare you.

Smallest population state in the union represented by one of the smallest brains in the Senate. The disproportionate amount of power and influence these people have is a serious flaw in the make up of our legislative government. Anybody ever ask these dopes what policy items they would like to accomplsh.?..it’s all about obstruction and maintaining power …you would think people would tire of the wasted opportunities to move America forward.

The GOP leader asserted that Biden “will sign whatever” Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) put on his desk and labeled the Democratic Party “the party of socialism.”

Duh. Those officers blocked the Oathkeepers from getting there in time to capture AOC and the rest of the Squad along with Pelosi and Pence.

No wonder they’re getting the cold shoulder from co-conspirators who were counting on the interruption to gift them the chance to overturn the results.

They are on a roll today. Tom Cotton seems to think that China will clone athletes, and Barrasso seems to think that the midterms will change the length of a presidential term. I guess they could if they get control of the House and have 2/3 of the Senate. That explains all of the state legislatures trying to eliminate voting as a means of choosing our representatives.

THIS GUY - - not sure there is a much more dramatic way to display a complete lack of INTEGRITY - than to behave like he is - now denying that there was any real seriousness to January 6th !

Honestly, they are all imitating Trump.

Let that sink in.

Yeah Barraso, who represents about 136,000 cowboys and cowgirls who actually voted for him wants to nullify the votes of over 81 million American voters.

Yeah, this makes all kinds of sense. Barrasso’s idea needs to be stomped on like a roach.

Huh. Learned something new (or, more likely, relearned something I’ve long forgotten in the dustbin of the decades of crap I used to know).

Now I feel like John Wilkes Booth was unfairly maligned.
