Yes it will take forever, but it will slow down his fraudulent businesses in NY as the liens will be valid so he won’t be able to play hide the sausage with his creditors - it’s going to mess him up, for sure.

I think Trump is a billionaire on paper only. If his property is highly leveraged and he doesn’t have access to at least 1 billion in real money it will come out. His best chance is to keep his real value from the public but he may no longer be able to do that. He worked awfully hard to hide his income tax returns.

My thoughts exactly. Let the shadow of the trials hang over Donnie’s head as the legal fees rise and his civil judgements start hurting him in the wallet. The meltdowns will only increase.

Her collateral interference with the MAL search warrant is strike one. Judges generally need to get to strike three before the court of appeals will order them out of the case. And so far, we don’t have an especially clear candidate even for strike two.

You may be right. Slovenia also shares a border with Italy, so she may have a working knowledge, or better, of that language as well. Most Europeans are multi-lingual, so it wouldn’t be unusual for her to know at least two languages, and possibly more.
The fact that she speaks English with an accent doesn’t have any bearing on her ability to speak other languages that may be more similar to her mother tongue, with or without an accent.
OT: My husband and I went to a store in Ontario to activate our new phone numbers a few days ago. She immediately pegged him as being from Ontario (he grew up there) but she couldn’t place my accent. She knew I was not Ontarian but did not peg me as American. I’ve lived so many places I couldn’t tell you what my accent says about me, except to say that Americans don’t question my roots.

I firmly believe that at some point, there will be a New York Times editorial, possibly by the board, telling Joe Biden to stop making fun of Trump’s cognition degeneration and “talk about the issues that Americans care about!”
Of course, they will make no such demands of Trump.
This hasn’t happened yet, but I think there’s a good chance that it will. It’s the “Pitchbot’s Axiom”.

By his own account in his EJC deposition last year, he had $400 million cash on hand. And I assume that number was inflated like everything else. He simply doesn’t have that kind of liquidity, which means something is likely going to fall apart here before too much longer. Unless he gets a Arabian Peninsula bailout, of course.

Absolutely correct. The 60-day rule restricts indictments and overt investigatory steps before elections, not the prosecution of any previously-pending case.

Loosing weight is very hard esp for people that are working 8+ hours a day add in commute time, and if you have to take care of kids, make dinner, clean house etc. It’s really easy to say they aren’t trying hard enough but it’s not easy fitting in an hour a day of exercise. And yes they say you can break it up and walk around at work - but there are places where that’s not allowed.

More and more I think Twitter lawyers are not doing their profession any favors. They set such unrealistic expectations on outcomes with language like this.
