Richard “Bigo” Barnett, the Arkansas man who landed on front pages world wide after he was photographed reclining at House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) desk and stealing her mail on Wednesday, has been arrested.
Does anyone know if these are federal felonies? I hope their rights to vote are revoked.

Well I think crimes in the Capitol Building are definitely federal, yes.
Basically trespassing.
Prediction: 1,000 fine and 3 months suspended sentence.
Under United States Code 18 Section 1708, federal mail theft is a felony. If you are charged with mail theft , you could face up to five years in federal prison and fines of up to $250,000.
And the “I left a quarter” defense is not going to work. Neither will the “I am too stupid” defense.
Clearly an Antifa infiltrate. 
How about conspiring to interfere with a federal election? How about conspiring to overthrow the government? I think there is a LOT more than trespass here.
He claimed he was looking for the bathroom and ended up in Pelosi’s office.
It’ll be easy to find his toilet when it’s 4 feet away in his prison cell.
Could be, but he could also be charged with crimes too numerous to mention. His trespassing was a terroristic act as well, due to the political nature of the threat.

Unpossible. He can’t be media because the mob didn’t hang him.
He could be charged with accessory to murder because a police officer was killed during a felony he was participating in.
For the Big-ones he will be soon acquainted with.
At a minimum, sentenced to the fullest extent possible.
