Very insightful. Before TFG was in office for round 2, the interviewed 24 judicial experts, evenly divided on both sides and none of them saw this coming. And none of them is willing to speak up now.
It covers the shadow docket crisis as well
A number of lower court judges have expressed concern about the high court’s terse orders on these shadow docket rulings, most of which have overturned their judgments to favor the president’s position — and leaving them vulnerable to threats from right-wing commentators, and even the White House. White House deputy chief of staff Stephen Miller recently posted on X that judges who rule against the president are committing “legal insurrection” and claimed: “There is a large and growing movement of left-wing terrorism in this country. It is well organized and funded and it is shielded by far-left judges, prosecutors and attorneys general. The only remedy is to use legitimate state power to dismantle terrorism and terror networks.”

Has anyone noticed that none of the October 7 hostages released alive are girls or women? I am wondering what the underlying reasons for this are. There is underreporting in the mainstream media on this issue. Some reports say that the women hostages were killed, while others indicate they were released previously.

I recall saying, many many times and starting very early (2016 or 2017) that the most litigious person in America, and the greatest serial abuser of courts and the legal system PROBABLY shouldn’t be allowed any power over the DOJ.
We saw his usual, cowardly, weaselly ways in Admin 1 asking where his Roy Cohn was and cycling through stooges. In Admin 2, it was the first thing he seized complete control of.

Irrelevant. The idea is to publicly smear, impoverish with legal fees, and tie up in court. A “conviction” would be the cherry on top. Nice, but unnecessary.
