The Justice Department Is the Tip of Trump's Retribution Spear

This just confirms what I always suspected, Karoline Leavitt earned her position in life and career by giving BJs to old men.

It shows that loose skin on his neck as well. He looks old because he is old. And his hair has looked like shit for years.

You know, instead of posting this in multiple locations, why not do a quick search for the answer. Or maybe head over to the Israeli/Palestinian thread in the Hive.

Often called his “neck vagina” but it’s more like “neck vulva”.

I was amazed the deer came so close to the structure - that’s only about four or five feet away. I see the herd on the other end of the farm property, so I’m wondering how she got over to the house, which is probably 2000 feet away from where they typically live.

I’ve been trying to figure that out. I think it’s because we don’t bring feces to fling or smear on walls.

Some sources indicate they have no other viable response and they’re terrified of the outcome of the protests on Saturday. I hope it keeps them up nights and weekends.

Of course he didn’t speak up sooner because he had to wait for the publication date of his book.

Was drafting this when MM came up, but posting anyway.

in the US v Comey pre-trial proceedings, it’s Comey-Fitzgerald 1, TheImportedGuys 0:

Apparently, the parties could not agree on a pretrial protective order for materials produced in discovery, and as the court’s Oct. 10 order contemplated, they each submitted proposed versions for the court’s consideration. TIGs’ filing (EDVA Standard Discovery Order) proposed separate deadlines - one for materials related to the Halligan appointment, and one for other materials; it also prohibited Fitzgerald and cocounsel from sharing the very documents comprising certain protected materials with Comey - as if to (figuratively) stand over Comey and Fitz’s shoulders to make sure they were behaving themselves with respect to protected materials (which could cover quite a lot), to the effect was to put a burden on Comey’s ability to share information with defense witnesses. Yesterday, the defense objected to this and filed its own proposed order.

Later yesterday, the court ruled in the defense’s favor: gov.uscourts.vaed.582136.39.0.pdf. Interestingly, the court cites, in a footnote, the Libby and Blagojevich prosecutions as cases which, while of heightened public interest, were not occasions for such limits on protected materials. Fitzgerald was the prosecutor in both; his brief cites to Libby but not Blago.

I’ll go out on a limb and suggest the pressure from T34XCF and Pamnesia to play fast and loose with Brady (generally, exculpatory) materials is and will be intense, and both defendant and defense counsel will know it when they see it.

ETA: Marcy has an interesting take, generally, to the effect that the Judge could not have been pleased with TheImportedGuys’ posture (from Saturday, but she updated it): “Sensitivities and Exposure:” Six Stupid Things about Lindsey Halligan’s First Filing - emptywheel
