District Attorney Gocha Allen Ramirez of Starr County, Texas announced on Sunday that he wouldn’t be pursuing prosecution of a woman who had been indicted for murder after allegedly being involved in a “self-induced abortion.”
Obviously someone must have told the TX GOP that this might cost them votes in the upcoming election. TX just didn’t understand that you pass laws to get the base riled up, if you enforce them it can lead to trouble.

Willing to bet there are more than a few official GOPers who liked, loved, or hit the ambiguous “laugh” at the post. They need to be outed too. These people are dog shit.
While her release saved me $50 going to her legal defense fund, I’ll gladly send her $50 so she can sue into oblivion whoever at the hospital released her name to the sheriff.
I’m as open-minded about immigrants, and green cards, and dual citizenship as anyone, but if you’re running for a seat to serve THIS country, pick a side.
