Self-own by NY. You can’t make laws and then arbitrarily enforce them, granting licenses to some people but not to other people with the same basic facts in their case.
Would really be nice if States didn’t basically send open invitations to the current Supreme Court to not only toss their stuff out, but make precedent that will overturn even more things down the road.
