Because of course they fucking did. That’s why the oligarchs hand-picked the trolls on the court - to sow chaos and dissension and have all the unwashed masses armed to the teeth. Then when the shooting war starts, they can declare martial law and suspend democracy in order to save it. They already have all the fucking money, why not make all the fucking rules too?

I very much don’t like the outcome, but I think the ruling is probably right on the merits. The correct solution is a new amendment to rein in the second.

Thank God! Now hopefully we will get Constitutional carry in all states. After all, if law abiding citizens in Democrat states are allowed to carry, crime will drop dramatically, because their protected criminals will either change their ways or be dead!
