Some diets give you one “cheat” day a week when you can eat anything you want, satisfy cravings, etc. These diets don’t work for weight loss, in my exp.
Trump looks like he’s having his taco bowl fix on his cheat day. But of course, he’s just eating the crap he always eats. That’s why my joke was funny—really funny.

This was my thought as well. Judge Sullivan can praise the parties for “excellent briefing”, say that he has a lot to consider, ask for additional briefing, etc. and see how things shake out over the next couple of months. If a Biden administration gets in, he can set a new hearing for late January and see if the parties have any new information to provide to the court to help “inform” the decision.

I disagree. The DC circuit was pretty clear that he can let the process play out for a while. I don’t see Flynn’s team getting a writ issued to have Judge Sullivan cut short his deliberations. He can easily take up 90 days before he issues a ruling. After all, it was Flynn’s trip to the court of appeals that slowed everything down and delayed the hearing this far.
