[Blunt] pointed to Senate Majority leader Mitch McConnell’s (R-KY) stance that no bills that Trump is unwilling to sign would be put to a vote.
“The President needs to step up here and set some guidelines for what he would do,” Blunt told Todd.
So, it’s Trump’s fault because McConnell has imposed an absolute legislative freeze?
Blunt doesn’t care about gun violence. He cares about protecting McConnell, who is the crux of all the dysfunction and misrule.
This is Blunt sucking up to #MoscowMitch.

I apologize for Roy being in the US Senate. Believe me, I worked my ass off to prevent it. He doesn’t mean a thing he says because he will say just about anything. He has no backbone. One of his gonads is the size of a mustard seed and the other is even smaller.
Roy did not suddenly become a truth teller. If you believe he has, then you, too, suffer from Blunt-forced trauma.
