This is, of course, a criminal conspiracy by individuals and organizations involving multiple acts constituting, among other things, embezzlement and wire fraud that would have all of them under indictment, not facing mere civil penalties, if committed by most anyone else.

So it’s Michael Moore’s fault. If he hadn’t been going around trying to embarrass NRA executives, LaPierre never would have had to hide his expensive private travel arrangements.

Wow! Brewer is a legal vampire squid, who billed the NRA $24M in one 13-month period, according to Carol Leonnig and Tome Hamburger at the WaPo in 2019. A cynic might say that Brewer’s strategy is to get LaPierre off by finding everyone else guilty, get paid by bleeding the NRA dry, and splitting the enormous legal fees with his client. Just think about how much Safe Gun and Hunting Practices could have been brought to the public. How many people could have secured their guns in their homes and not have their 6 year old kill their little sister or their best friend for want of a triggerlock?
How many locks could one weekend at The Beverly Hills Hotel purchase?

These people have no conception of right and wrong. Sure, there’s a lot of gray, but there are clear indicators of things that are wrong. Usually a law or three. And they see it but yet, they blithely carry on as if it is their due.
I don’t want them tortured (much!), I want everything they own taken and distributed to people in need, in this case all the victims of gun violence. Lapierre, the NRA, the PR firm, Phillips, all of them, bankrupted and shunned.

And so we wait to see if the Feds/DOJ have the guts to prosecute & squeeze these miscreants for FEDERAL RACKETEERING & FRAUD. Here is why: get them to plead out by admitting (to the very real possibility) that the NRA was an illegal, treasonous conduit of Russian campaign money to spread around for Republicans to help elect DJT. You know it’s possible, given the amount of money that the NRA distributed that year.

I grew up in a rural setting were guns were common. My dad converted a book case to be his storage spot. Locked of course. We hunted pheasants and raised dogs trained to point. After a hunt we cleaned the shotguns. My dad stressed safety at all times. Even when a double barrel shot gun has been taken apart with zero possability of firing we still did not point the barrel (minus stock and trigger) even in play. He was rightfully that serious about it.

Is it really freedom by constantly gorging yourself on as much consumption as possible? It’s like he’s become a talking shitting machine, pushing as much garbage as possible down his throat.
And howabout that cute little Maria Buttina that was deported back to the mother-land?
How does she fit in the scheme? She was having dinners and getting close to the sweet old NRA dudes and in photos was packed and loaded.
