…that the Lunatic In Chief (LIC) gets his way over the right of all people to due process, and that there will undoubtedly be lawful residents, not to mention actual citizens, swept up and sent off to miserable conditions with no right to expedient recourse.

I don’t care what the media says, I care what the Trump administration does. And this is the removal of a check on their power. That’s the reality on the ground. What is legal does it matter. What matters is what is happening, and what is happening is evil and the Supreme Court is okay with that.
We have a whole bunch of laws in America, but none of them matter if the executive doesn’t follow them and the Supreme Court doesn’t hold them accountable.
