Well a czar might interfere with the grifting, so donā€™t expect it anytime soon.

Right, because heā€™s so good at picking ā€œthe best peopleā€.

You realize that Trumpā€™s likely to appoint an actual Russian as his COVID-19 ā€œCzarā€.

And asking Trump to do anything is a win for Trump because he gets the opportunity to use his ā€˜powerā€™ to convey his personal scorn. His people will love crapping on Schumer.

This is what Dems have to do just to be represented in the news. Pathetic.

Certainly, anyone Schumer might have recommended would.
And, as you indicated, thatā€™s not what Donnie wants for, well, reasonsā€¦

Only trouble is, the billions backing the GOP wonā€™t forget him not matter how poorly he does, as long as he keeps the faith, which means keeping the lie.

Democracy is what these peoplesā€™ great great great great grandparents used to prevent themselves from being decapitated, and theyā€™ve been fighting it ever since, and using public money to do it.

I notice Jared isnā€™t on Schumerā€™s list. From Meadows perspective that is a giant overlook.

Could there be a funner job than being a Potemkin czar in a nest of insanity like the (alleged) executive branch during the biggest crisis since WWII?

In any other sane, qualified administration and not a totally kleptocratic regime, Iā€™d say this was a sound idea.

For the current regime, however, itā€™s pretty obvious that even if they did go with the idea, theyā€™d just name Kushner or Navarro. You know, - the two biggest brains theyā€™ve got.

But jared is already on the case Chuck

Itā€™s going to be Allen Weisselberg, isnā€™t it? Saves time with the criming when your accountant is in charge.

The Trump Sharpie has already added him to the list.

(and scratched out the suggested qualified candidates for the job)

I was wondering about Mulvaney yesterday. Heā€™s muzzled, at least. Whether or not itā€™s permanent, only Trumpā€™s hairdresser knows for sure.

Meadows is not going to do jack shit.

Iā€™s not that he has to: thereā€™s now a public record that the possibility and viable candidates were identified.
Iā€™m sure weā€™re well past the point where this has become a liability issue.
This establishes more.
