Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) announced Sunday morning that he is taking “additional distancing precautions” in light of a former staffer testing positive for COVID-19.
Schiff added a statement saying that medical professionals believe that the former staffer “likely contracted the virus after leaving the office” 10 days ago.
It would appear his risk is low, but being a serious man of integrity and caring of others, he’s taking extra precautionary measures. One can’t help contrasting his behavior to that of the oaf in the White House.
Damn, this is what he presciently said last week. So he had a fever and headache, tested negative for flu, but was unable to get tested for the CV. That is on Trump.
A lifelong pal of mine did his PhD thesis in moral development – how we develop our values, become a saint or sinner. He says role models are extremely important. A kid does not have to be born into a family of doctors and professors, so long as they have positive role models.
They could be relatives, teachers, someone we read about. Could even be a fictional character if he/she is a realistic character.
