From what I’ve read here in WA, “locking down” means the state government might force large events to cancel or postpone, and possibly school closings. It’s not a China-level lockdown on travel, as far as I know.

Ah, that’s going on everywhere in healthcare right now. Hard to say what’s actually going to be executed, but as the testing finally started ramping up, we’re going to be in a different scenario by the end of this week.
