CNN’s Democratic debate kicked off Tuesday evening by focusing on health care, with a question to Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) about his response to former Rep. John Delaney calling Medicare for All bad policy and political suicide.
OK but why lash himself to the mast of Medicare for All? Why phase out private insurance in a headlong rush? That scares people and I don’t know why it’s necessary.
Do not have cable… can watch. Another unforced error by DNC. Why would they allow their audience to be limited to only those choosing to buy cable or somehow access CNN. In my oppinion huge mistake.
This debate would be good if the candidates actually got to talk. The CNN moderators are god-awful. Interrupt candidates every 5 seconds so they can change the subject or pit them against each other. Intolerable.
More, it pisses people off. If you’re in a job that you’ve traded off extra cash in hand for better benefits over years, you’re looking at this and saying that you just got screwed.
I can’t watch this, this is stupid. Who cares what they say, when we have Moscow Mitch that will stop everything. I know who I am going to vote for, (anyone but Trump or Biden) so why watch them make fools of themselves, telling us that we will lose our good healthcare, so everyone can have medicare, that only pays about 20% of medical costs. No Democrat can win if they take away my medical insurance. Full stop.
