I am not by any means religious, but I will keep good thoughts for Justice Ginsburg’s swift recovery and continued good health. Spankee can not be permitted to add another member to the Supreme Court.

I will never understand why Dems didn’t beg/pressure/plead/scream/bribe/logically argue/do anything necessary to get her to step down during Obama’s term in office.

But her emails…

I love RBG, but I’ll never forgive her if she dies during Trump’s presidency when she had 7 years under Obama to basically choose her successor.

They tried, but she strongly pushed back saying that nobody was going to tell her what to do. Because of her stubbornness and, let’s face it, her ego, we will all potentially suffer and her legacy will all but be erased.

Come on lady,
get better soon and hang in there. you don’t want to miss what is coming in the near future as to saving our country from a drooling pack of rabid russiancans.

That’s neither here nor there right now.

And if she dies in Trump’s fourth year will Mitch McConnell not have any hearings to replace her. Recall when Scalia dies McConnell said let the voters decide and ignored Merrick Garland’s nomination.

I don’t pray but I’ll throw this out into the Universe: Don’t you die on us, RGB. Don’t you dare.

Yea, ‘why learn from your mistakes’ huh.

Again, even learning from mistakes (which I am totally in favor of) doesn’t and can’t change anything as it relates to RBG’s health today.

You are kidding right? We will have a new justice so fast your head will spin

Bullshit is all I can say. Ginsberg’s fault! Russia’s fault! Nader’s fault! I’m not so sure sometimes, who plays victimhood better, Democrats or Republicans.

He’s been asked this question and said they would confirm if Trump nominates one in his final year.

RBG will either pass away or retire, and McConnell will of course gleefully hold hearings to appoint another Trump justice on SCOTUS. Bitch McConnell knows that all this impeachment crap means nothing compared to putting yet another justice on the bench. The USA will descend into a conservative, Orwellian distopia where human rights are crushed, the already wealthy amass more wealth, workers are tantamount to slaves and women are incarcerated for having an abortion; to say nothing about a man-made climate catastrophe that will end up making our politics a moot point.

This strikes me as being a rather rude comment. The situation this country finds itself in re: the judicial system isn’t her fault. Many people just didn’t see what was coming down the pipeline as to where we are now. If you have to blame someone, blame the sh*thead voters in 2016 who claimed that they had to vote their conscious and were told by some of us that even if you weren’t impressed by the Dem nominee on the ballot, the judiciary was also on the ballot. The response was that some people said they wouldn’t be blackmailed into voting for someone who didn’t excite them.

And here we are now.
