This gone be good. Man hasn’t been in a courtroom going on thirty years.

This is the kind of thing grandpa says when he’s having one of his bad days, and if you start to ask him to explain, grandma will frown and shake her head over his shoulder, signaling not to bother. Then she asks him if he wants a sandwich, to distract him. It’s all very sad.

It may be the first time Giuliani has entered his appearance in federal court in decades.

The only time this “lawyer” has seen the inside of a courthouse in 30 years was divorce court.

And Rudy promises to be on his best behavior. We will see how long that lasts.

So now the legal team consists of a radio show host who disparaged the plaintiff’s chances, and a guy who doesn’t reflect on things. Who’s the lucky judge?

ETA: Judge Matthew Brann, Obama appointee.

If he comes in with his ranting and outrageous statements, the Judge needs to sanction his ass.

Do it, Rudy!

Make a complete asshole of yourself and the judge puts you in contempt of court!

the lawsuit now focuses on an allegation that Democratic-counties were being too lenient in how they were letting voters fix mail ballots with deficiencies.

And, awkwardly for the plaintiffs, these differences involve choices made by the counties themselves. The red counties chose to be more restrictive, the blue ones chose to be more lenient. If this put the red counties at a disadvantage in having influence on the outcome, a thing we do not know, it’s what my sister has always called their own stupid fault.

I’ve always considered you a good guy but this, this is near-saintly forbearance. If there were a Buffoonery Games Trump and Giuliani would always be the last self-beclowners left alive.

Go ahead Rudy, and don’t forget to tuck your shirt before you go to the courtroom… you don’t want the judge misinterpret you.
